Over the last five years, we have gained experience of property purchases in France and the pitfalls involved. We offer both an advisory service to prospective purchasers and a factsheet facility on this site.
For a small fee, we will visit the property you wish to purchase with you and will provide you with feedback on what you should look out for if you decide to proceed. We will continue to be on hand to give independent advice throughout your purchase.
We are not estate agents and we do not provide financial or legal advice, and our fees reflect this. We offer independent advice to our clients on the basis of our extensive experience.
