Builders began work on the roof and front facade. We were there for a week to see how work was progressing. It was a mess and we were unable do do much ourselves because of the disruption.
But, it was good to see some work underway, and our neighbours were pleased to see something being done to the outside, which had been an eye-sore for over 50 years.
The pictures of the work-in-progress were taken by us to show the stonework beneath. The finished pictures were sent to us by the builder upon completion. They are all available in the Gallery.
