In 2005 we are concentrating on the rear area of the property, the new bathroom and the downstairs reception room.
The focus of much of the work was on plastering, plastering and plastering. I was covered in the stuff! In the rear area, the first-floor part was replastered and a small piece of wall was removed (to be replaced with glass). Much of the downstairs reception was also replastered - including huge chunks of wall that had not been touched previously because we couldn't reach them before.
The bathroom lay-out has been decided and a partition wall to create a corridor between the bedroom and landing was started.
